Feel more at ease in your space.
Supportive home organizing for people who want less clutter, fewer daily decisions, and a calmer space to live in. Whether you are managing a busy family home or preparing to downsize, I offer supportive and practical help without judgment.
A 20-minute conversation. No pressure, no obligation.
Ithe weight of clutter
It rarely arrives all at once.
A drawer stops closing properly. A closet becomes hard to open. A counter turns into the place where everything lands. Over time, even small pockets of disorder can make daily life feel heavy.
You may find yourself looking for things too often, buying something you already have, or feeling worn down by spaces that no longer support your routines.
You are not alone, and you do not have to sort through it by yourself.
IIthe function and flow idea
Everyday life, with more flow.
Together we reduce what is no longer serving you, make thoughtful decisions about what stays, and create simple systems that fit the way you live.

IVhow it works
Three steps, at a pace that feels manageable.
Consult
We begin with a free 20-minute conversation. You share what feels difficult and what kind of support would help most. From there I recommend next steps and provide a quote based on your needs.
Simplify
We look at the space together and sort through what is there. I help you decide what to keep, donate, recycle, relocate, or let go of — always at a pace that feels manageable.
Organize
Where it helps, I suggest storage bins, shelving, cabinets, labelling/indexing or small layout changes to keep the space easy to maintain.
Founder of Function and Flow Living
Vabout jane
I’ve spent 25 years helping people feel better in their daily lives.
With more than two decades in the health sector, my work has always been about well-being. My background in Occupational Therapy gives me a deep understanding of how people function in their everyday environments — and how our surroundings can either support us or quietly make life harder.
As a mom, I also know how busy family life gets, and how quickly clutter can add stress to an already full day. I listen carefully to your needs, your routines, and your goals, so we can shape spaces that genuinely fit the way you live.
